Customer story

How an e-commerce platform restored 60%+ answer rates on Iraq's Zain network

Zain's network-level filtering had flagged the client's caller IDs, and outbound calls to Iraqi leads stopped connecting. didlogic rebuilt the lane with dedicated termination routes, caller IDs validated against live completion data, and a standing rotation process that retires numbers before they degrade, bringing answer seizure ratio back to a sustained 60%+.

Comparing voice providers: FAQ

Which comparison should I read first?

Start with the provider you use today or are evaluating. The featured comparisons cover the most common setups; the full list is in the comparison library above.

What should I compare when choosing a SIP trunking provider?

Compare the markets and number types you need, call completion and post-dial delay on your routes, caller-ID behaviour, capacity limits, and the full cost of the same traffic. A provider’s total feature count matters less than how it handles the workload you actually run.

Do I need to replace my current provider to test didlogic?

No. Add a didlogic SIP connection for one market, route group, or number set and keep everything else where it is. Expand only if the result justifies it.

Can I use didlogic alongside another voice provider?

Yes, where your PBX, SBC, or platform can route separate workloads to separate SIP connections. Keep ownership and routing boundaries explicit. Using two providers does not by itself guarantee redundancy — that depends on the actual routing and infrastructure behind each.

How should I compare pricing between providers?

Price the same workload on both sides: destinations, inbound and outbound minutes, average call duration, numbers, and peak capacity. A single per-minute rate is rarely a complete comparison when the platforms around it differ.

Can I test didlogic before porting numbers?

Yes. Start with a new number or an outbound route group. Porting is a separate decision: eligibility, documents, and timing depend on the country and number type, so check them only after the test result is clear.

Does didlogic work with AI voice platforms?

Yes, where the platform accepts SIP connectivity. If Vapi, Retell, LiveKit, ElevenLabs, or your own application already handles the agent, keep that layer fixed and test didlogic as the carrier underneath it.
