Wholesale voice and numbers for telecom providers

didlogic is the carrier underneath other people's phone companies. ITSPs, CPaaS and CCaaS platforms, resellers, and operators buy DID numbers, SIP termination, and interconnect from us, then sell them on under their own brand and their own margin.

Who buys wholesale from didlogic

Everyone here sells communications to someone else. What changes is where our layer sits in your P&L.
ITSPs and hosted PBX providers
Numbers in 140+ countries and termination on one account, instead of a separate local contract per market. Connects to your softswitch over standard SIP.
CPaaS and CCaaS platforms
You sell an API, not a phone network. Search, buy, and provision numbers programmatically; pull CDRs and ASR reports the same way. Your customers stay yours.
Wholesale carriers and voice traders
A-Z termination on CLI routes with direct interconnects in 107 countries. Buy capacity, or list your own DID stock on the exchange and sell it.
Resellers and white-label partners
Sell voice under your own name at your own retail price. We never appear to your customers.

What a telecom buyer checks before signing a wholesale contract

Procurement in this sector is unsentimental. It comes down to what the rate really is, whether numbers arrive without a ticket, whether CLI survives to the far end, and how quickly you can be selling in a market you have not entered yet.
Rates you can model, not guess
Rates you can model, not guess
Per-minute rates published per destination and per operator, free SIP trunks and channels, and rate tiers that follow your volume. You can build a retail price list against it before you sign anything.
Numbers you buy from an API
Numbers you buy from an API
Search availability, browse inventory, and purchase numbers by country, region, or city over the v2 API. Provisioning belongs inside your product flow, not inside an email thread with a vendor.
CLI that survives the far end
CLI that survives the far end
ULTRA class delivers directly to tier 1 carriers, PTTs, and mobile operators where interconnects are in place, with international CLI support and dual DTMF. Your caller ID arrives intact and your ASR reflects the route you actually paid for.
Documents cleared in minutes
Documents cleared in minutes
Compliance documents are verified automatically in about 5 minutes. Markets with local registration requirements take longer, and our team runs that paperwork with the local operator rather than handing it back to you.
Coverage past the easy markets
Coverage past the easy markets
Local, mobile, national, and toll-free numbers in 140+ countries, including markets other aggregators do not stock, such as UAE and Taiwan. A customer request for an unusual country stops being a reason to lose the deal.
Built to be a second source
Built to be a second source
Nobody should run a phone company on one supplier. didlogic is built to be added alongside what you already buy, per destination or per number range, so you can split traffic, compare ASR side by side, and fail over without renegotiating anything.

We are the wholesale layer, not a competitor to your product

didlogic does not sell a hosted PBX, a contact center suite, or a CPaaS console to your customers. We sell numbers, SIP connectivity, carrier routing, and the call records underneath them. What you build on top is your product, your brand, and your pricing.

That distinction matters commercially. When your customer signs with you, we do not appear in the relationship, we do not market to your list, and we do not compete for the account. If you leave, eligible numbers port out the same way they ported in.

Price is the first question, so here is the whole answer

Most rate decks look the same on a spreadsheet. What differs is everything the deck leaves out.

didlogic prices calls on the actual operator and route taken at connect time, which is why each destination is listed per operator rather than as one blended country rate. That keeps genuinely cheap destinations cheap instead of subsidizing expensive ones.

  • The trunk is free. No charge for the SIP trunk itself, no charge to add channels. You pay for minutes.
  • Rate tier follows volume. Your account level sets the tier. Higher levels unlock lower per-minute pricing, and per-second billing is available from Plus, which matters on short-duration traffic.
  • Numbers are rental plus inbound per minute, published per country and number type before you buy.
  • At the top of the scale, Enterprise accounts get zero activation fees on number purchases and free inbound calling except toll-free. Premium removes minimum service terms on purchased numbers.
  • Committed volume is priced directly. Send us your destination mix and we quote against it rather than pointing you at a public deck.

Numbers as inventory, managed the way you manage inventory

If you resell numbers, the number is a SKU. It has to be searchable, purchasable, reportable, and portable, all without a human in the loop. Connect over standard SIP from your softswitch, class 4 or class 5 platform, Asterisk or FreeSWITCH build, 3CX, hosted PBX, dialer, or AI voice agent, with G.711 u/a, G.711HD, and G.729 support. Numbers activate through the portal or API, and CDRs arrive by API the moment a call ends.
Buy from the API
Search, browse, and purchase numbers by country, region, or city over the v2 API, then list what you already hold. Provisioning sits inside your product flow.
Clear documents in the flow
Regulatory documents upload and track through the API, so end-user registration becomes part of your onboarding rather than a manual queue.
Check reputation first
Risk checks run as batch tasks against your inventory and return spam and scam flags. HLR lookups confirm whether a mobile number is live, valid, roaming, or ported.
Move numbers in and out
Porting is supported in 60+ countries from Plus, and eligible numbers keep working through the transfer. Blocks, ranges, and vanity digits are available from Premium.

VIRTUAL NUMBERS

Local numbers in the markets your customers ask for next

Local, mobile, national, and toll-free numbers, billed as a monthly rental per number plus a per-minute rate on inbound calls. Every country and number type is priced in the table before you buy. Mobile ranges, DID blocks, and vanity digits unlock at the Premium level.

Interconnect on carrier terms, not portal terms

Our own AS, our own hardware
didlogic operates AS13006 and owns the equipment in all 12 points of presence. Switching and routing run on dedicated voice hardware rather than a public cloud, so there is no third-party platform between your traffic and ours.
Peering and cross-connects
Public IP interconnect over SIP, a mix of public and private peering, or a dedicated cross-connect from your cabinet to ours in Amsterdam, London, Cardiff, and Los Angeles. Our PoPs include One Wilshire LA1 (Any2Exchange), Telehouse London (LINX), BT Empire Exchange, and DLR Amsterdam (Telecity4, NL-IX, Voice-IX). Request peering with AS13006 through contact us.
Engineers, not ticket queues
A degraded route on a Friday night is your outage, not a support case. Reach engineers over chat and email, with 24/7 phone support and dedicated emergency dispatch at the Enterprise level.
Controls at the device level
Cap call cost, maximum rate, and channel count per SIP device, and restrict traffic to authorized IPs. Always-on anti-fraud monitoring is included at no extra cost from the Plus level, with TLS on signaling and optional SRTP on media.

Frequently asked questions

What does a telecom provider buy from didlogic?

Three things, usually together: DID numbers to resell or assign to end customers, wholesale SIP termination to carry their outbound traffic, and an interconnect method to move that traffic. didlogic supplies local, mobile, national, and toll-free numbers in 140+ countries, A-Z termination on CLI routes with direct interconnects to tier 1 carriers and mobile operators in 107 countries, and connection over public SIP, peering, or a dedicated cross-connect.

Can an ITSP or CPaaS platform buy and provision DID numbers through an API?

Yes. The v2 API covers searching and browsing available numbers by country, region, or city, purchasing them, and listing what you already hold, plus uploading the regulatory documents some jurisdictions require. The v1 API covers CDRs, ASR reports, account balance, transaction history, SIP account management, and SMS. Both are documented at docs.didlogic.com.

How much does wholesale VoIP termination cost?

It depends on the destination and the route the call takes, and each operator inside a country is priced on its own line rather than blended into a country average. Many destinations are under one cent per minute. Your account level sets the rate tier and higher volume moves you down it. Exact figures per destination are on the call rates page.

Does didlogic charge for the SIP trunk or for channels?

No. Trunks and channels are free and there are no monthly minimums on standard accounts. Billing is per-minute usage drawn from a prepaid balance, with per-second billing available from the Plus level.

What is the difference between CLI and non-CLI termination?

CLI routes deliver your calling line identification to the called party intact. Non-CLI routes are cheaper because they rely on indirect suppliers or connections that strip the caller ID, which lowers answer rates and is not permitted in many markets. didlogic sells both and labels them separately: ULTRA for CLI delivery to tier 1 carriers, PTTs, and mobile operators, and NONCLI for the price-led product where it is appropriate.

Can we present a local caller ID when originating from another country?

Increasingly, only if you originate in-country on numbers you hold. Ofcom’s CLI Guidance has expected UK providers to block calls arriving from abroad that present a UK number as the Presentation Number since 29 January 2025, with a July 2026 revision extending the approach to UK mobile numbers. Other regulators are moving the same direction. didlogic offers in-country SIP trunking and Licensed Local Voice Service in selected jurisdictions, which is the compliant way to do this. Tell us your origin and destination pairs and our engineers will confirm what each market allows.

Can a telecom provider sell didlogic services under its own brand?

Yes. Resellers and white-label partners set their own retail pricing and own the customer relationship. didlogic does not appear to your customers and does not market to them.

Can we port an existing customer base of numbers to didlogic?

Yes. Porting is supported in 60+ countries from the Plus level, and eligible numbers keep working throughout the transfer so your customers do not experience an outage. Timelines depend on the country and the losing provider.

How does didlogic interconnect with another carrier's network?

Public IP interconnect over SIP, public or private peering, or a dedicated cross-connect from your cabinet to ours in several data centers including Amsterdam, London, Cardiff, and Los Angeles. We operate AS13006 and buy IP transit from multiple tier 1 carriers, so if we are not already on-net to your upstream we can peer with them.

Can we monetize DID inventory we already hold?

Yes. Carriers and ITSPs with unused number capacity can list stock on the didlogic exchange, set tiered pricing, charge for minutes and channels, and apply regulatory restrictions to how numbers are used.

Does didlogic support high-CPS dialer and short-duration traffic?

Yes, with capacity limits that increase by account level. High CPS, CLI rotation, and traffic separation by prefix are handled on Premium and Enterprise. Answering machine detection and HLR lookups are available to keep failed attempts off your cost line.

How do we check whether numbers in our inventory are flagged as spam?

Through the risk checks endpoint in the v2 API. You submit numbers as a check task and retrieve a report showing spam or scam flags, which lets you retire or rest a poisoned range before a customer reports poor answer rates.

Does didlogic compete with its telecom customers?

Not for your accounts. didlogic is a wholesale supplier. We do not sell a hosted PBX, contact center suite, or CPaaS console into your customer base, and we do not use your traffic as a prospecting list.

Which countries does didlogic cover?

Local, mobile, national, and toll-free numbers in 140+ countries, including markets that are difficult to source elsewhere such as UAE and Taiwan. Termination reaches every destination on the rate table. The phone number pricing page carries the full list with live pricing.

Is didlogic certified?

Operations are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV AUSTRIA, covering voice traffic, call detail records, and DID data.
