What it handles
Calls that arrive when every line is busy, calls outside your hours, and automated spam. It answers, handles what it can, and puts the caller through to your team when they need a person.
Every call they can already take. Nothing about your setup, your numbers, or your billing changes.
We don’t charge for the agent. You pay per-minute traffic on your didlogic numbers, sometimes billed per second, the same as any other call. It runs on the network we own: AS13006, 12 physical PoPs, local numbers in 130+ countries.
Four gaps an AI receptionist closes
What it does on every call
Picked up in under a second once the call connects, at 3pm or 3am.
Switches automatically to whatever language the caller uses. Almost any language, Arabic included.
When a caller needs a person, the agent passes the call to the number you nominate.
Automated dialers stop at the agent instead of interrupting someone.
After-call emails with the transcript and summary, plus daily or weekly digests.
No licence, no seat fee. You pay for traffic only.
It answers in the language the caller speaks
Every agent handles almost any language by default and switches the moment it hears the caller.
Run local numbers in six countries and each one greets callers in that market’s language, from one agent, with no per-country setup. The local numbers come from the same 140+ country inventory you already buy from.
From number to first caught call
Configure it from your phone > Set up the agent in the didlogic mobile app. Describe the business, set the greeting, choose the handover number.
Who puts it on the line
Enquiries answered while agents are out at viewings.
Calls covered across time zones and out of hours, in the caller’s language.
Overflow at busy periods without pulling staff off patients.
A local number per branch, one agent behind all of them.

Built to stay compliant across every market
didlogic routes calls through its own regional data centers. Voice traffic stays on domestic infrastructure where required, keeping call handling aligned with local data processing laws.
Direct connectivity to 80% of Tier 1 carriers and national operators worldwide. Calls always hand over to the recipient’s local mobile network, not through foreign gateways.
EU and APAC DIDs are activated on domestic mobile networks. Outbound calls originate from in-country IPs with compliant caller IDs, so they arrive as domestic traffic rather than being flagged or blocked as foreign.
Our regional legal and telecom engineering teams track regulatory changes across the countries we serve. Call processing adjusts proactively when rules change, so your AI stays compliant without a ticket on your side. Automated document verification clears compliance paperwork in about 5 minutes, so regulated markets do not stall your rollout.
You pay for calls. Not for the agent.
No licence, seat fee or per-agent charge. The same per-minute rate on your didlogic numbers as you would pay without an agent.
FAQ: AI receptionist
What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist is a voice agent that answers your inbound calls, finds out who’s calling and what they want, and puts them through to your team when a person is needed. It runs on your existing phone number, answers around the clock, and speaks whatever language the caller uses.
Can it work as a full receptionist, or only for overflow?
Either. Most businesses start with it behind their team, catching calls when every line is busy or outside working hours. You can also point your main number straight at it and have it answer every inbound call from the start.
What happens when a caller needs a human?
The agent puts them through to one number you nominate, usually your main team line. The caller will need to explain what they want again to whoever picks up, since the agent doesn’t stay on the line to brief them.
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. Ask the agent whether it’s an AI and it will tell you it is.
What languages does it speak?
Almost any. The agent detects the language the caller is using and switches to it automatically, with no setup on your side. Arabic is supported and handled well, which isn’t true of every AI voice product. If you run local numbers in several countries, each one can greet callers in that market’s language.
Does it book appointments?
Not yet. The agent captures what the caller wants, including any dates or times they mention, and that appears in your after-call report so someone on your team can confirm it. Calendar integration is planned but not live yet.
Does it stop robocalls?
Yes. Automated dialers and spam calls reach the agent instead of a person, so nobody on your team picks them up.
Where do I set it up?
In the didlogic mobile app. You describe your business in plain language, set how you want callers greeted, and choose the number the agent hands callers to. No scripting and no engineering. Setup isn’t available in the web portal yet.
What do I get after each call?
An email with the full transcript and a plain-language summary of who called and what they wanted. You can also get daily or weekly digests instead of, or alongside, the per-call emails.
How much does it cost?
There’s no charge for the agent itself. No licence, no seat fee, no per-agent pricing. You pay the standard per-minute rate for traffic on your didlogic numbers, sometimes billed per second, exactly as you would without an agent. Rates depend on the country.
How long does setup take?
Almost immediately. Setting the agent up in the app takes minutes.
