Outbound call and SMS rates, by country

Per-minute rates for outbound calls and per-message rates for SMS, for every destination we route to. Exact pricing depends on the operator and route, so each destination is listed on its own line.

How call billing works

Pay as you go
Calls draw from your prepaid balance at the destination's per-minute rate. No monthly minimums on standard accounts, no charge for the SIP trunk itself.
Rated at connect time
Each call is priced on the actual operator and route it takes, which is why destinations are listed per operator rather than as one blended country rate.
Tiers that follow your volume
Your account level sets the rate tier. As traffic grows, higher levels unlock lower per-minute pricing and per-second billing.

CLI routes on direct interconnects

Published rate decks all look similar; what differs is what happens after the call leaves your trunk. didlogic terminates traffic on CLI routes with direct interconnects to tier 1 carriers and mobile operators in 107 countries, on a network we have run ourselves since 2006. Your caller ID arrives intact, audio takes the shortest path, and the rate you see is for a route built to connect, not a grey path that fails on answer rates.

Call rates FAQ

How much does a SIP trunk call cost?

It depends on the destination and the route the call takes. Many destinations are under one cent per minute, and each operator within a country is priced on its own line. Select a country in the table above for exact per-minute figures.

Why do rates differ between operators in the same country?

Terminating a call costs different amounts on different networks, so a fixed-line destination and each mobile operator carry their own rate. Calls are priced on the actual route at connect time rather than a blended average, which keeps low-cost destinations genuinely low.

Is there a charge for the SIP trunk itself?

No. Trunks and channels are free, and there are no monthly minimums on standard accounts. Billing is purely per-minute usage drawn from your prepaid balance.

Do rates improve with volume?

Yes. Account levels set the rate tier, and growing traffic moves you into lower per-minute pricing. Per-second billing is available from the Plus level up, which cuts costs on short-duration traffic.

Are these the final rates I will pay?

The tables show indicative rates for standard accounts. Your plan, volume, and route selection can change the figures, which is why the footnote says your plan may differ. For committed volumes, request a quote and we will price your destination mix directly.

What is CLI routing?

CLI (calling line identification) routes deliver your caller ID to the called party intact. Grey or non-CLI routes are cheaper but drop or rewrite the caller ID, which hurts answer rates and violates regulations in many markets. didlogic publishes rates for CLI routes.

Do the rates include SMS?

SMS is priced separately per message and per destination network, in the SMS table above. Messaging runs on the same account and balance as voice.
