ONE NETWORK, DIFFERENT JOBS

Built for the teams that run on voice.

AI voice platforms
Give your agents a real phone presence. Local and toll-free numbers in 140+ countries, low-latency voice for natural conversations, and BYOC into Retell, Vapi, LiveKit, or your own stack. Swap models without ripping out telephony.
Contact centers and dialers
High answer rates start with a clean route. Direct carrier paths, monitored ASR, caller ID control, and capacity to scale concurrent calls.
Global businesses
Local numbers for every market you serve. Route calls to your PBX, contact center, or AI voice stack, with native caller ID on the same circuit as your inbound DIDs.
Carriers and resellers
Direct routes, not pass-through. Wholesale A-Z termination, DID numbers to resell, and an API to automate provisioning.

Everything in one voice layer

Global number coverage
Local and toll-free numbers in 140+ countries, with native caller ID on the same circuit as your inbound DIDs. Licensed local voice in 17 regulated markets.
Low-latency voice
Sub-20ms audio on 80% of calls. Our own Autonomous System (AS13006), 12 physical PoPs, and direct Tier 1 peering keep the voice path short.
HD voice codec (G.722)
Wideband audio for higher fidelity, better speech-to-text accuracy on AI calls, and clearer conversations on desktop softphones.
High answer rates
ASR monitored around the clock, with smart failover that moves traffic off a degraded route before it costs you a connection.
Caller ID control
Set and rotate outbound caller ID to match the market you are calling.
API and self-service
Provision numbers and trunks from the portal or the API. No setup fees, no long-term contracts.
SELF-SERVICE PORTAL

Run everything from the portal.

Order numbers, configure trunks, set DID forwarding rules, and pull CDRs in one place. Filter and export call history, top up your balance, and check rates without opening a ticket. Or automate all of it through the API.
Run everything from the portal.

Transparent pricing. No contracts.

Frequently asked questions

Do you own your network, or resell?

didlogic is a carrier, not a reseller. We run our own Autonomous System (AS13006), own the hardware in 12 points of presence, and buy IP transit directly from Tier 1 carriers. Calls route over infrastructure we control.

How fast can I get a number and go live?

Create a free account, choose a number, and provision a SIP trunk in minutes. Median time from checkout to a SIP-ready DID is about 60 seconds.

Can I port my existing numbers in?

Yes. We support all-electronic porting in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Spain, with managed porting in other markets.
