FAQ

What are didlogic account levels and why do they exist?

DIdlogic account levels define access limits, pricing tiers, and service depth based on usage scale. They are designed to support everything from testing and development to high-volume, carrier-grade voice operations. Each level unlocks higher capacity, advanced features, and stronger operational support.

Which didlogic account level should I start with?

All new users start on the Promo (Free) account. It provides full portal access, API availability, and limited outbound capacity for 30 days. This allows teams to test call quality, routing, integrations, and number availability before committing financially.

What happens after the 30-day Promo period ends?

After 30 days, accounts automatically move to the Core level unless upgraded manually. Core is designed for small teams moving into real usage, offering unlimited numbers and more outbound channels with a low monthly commitment.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account level later?

Yes. didlogic account levels are flexible and can be upgraded at any time as your traffic, channels, or compliance needs grow. Downgrades are also possible, subject to feature availability and active services tied to your account.

Do all account levels include access to the didlogic portal and SIP trunking?

Yes. Every account level includes:
  • Full self-service portal access
  • Instant SIP trunk provisioning
  • Global number availability in 120+ countries
The differences between plans relate to capacity, feature depth, pricing structure, and support level.

Which account levels support API access and automation?

API access is available starting from the Promo level and remains included in all higher tiers. Advanced automation use cases (high CPS, CLI rotation, fraud monitoring, SMS, and porting workflows) are best supported on Plus, Premium, and Enterprise levels.

At which level do SMS and number porting become available?

  • SMS is available from the Plus level and above
  • Number porting is supported in 60+ countries starting at Plus
  • Enterprise users benefit from expanded regulatory coverage and dedicated porting support

When do emergency services (E911 / E112) become available?

Emergency calling access is enabled from the Plus account level. didlogic's supports emergency services in 46 countries, with compliance features suitable for business and contact-center environments.

What is the difference between Premium and Enterprise accounts?

Premium accounts are designed for high-volume operations needing advanced voice control, priority support, and flexible pricing.
Enterprise accounts add:
  • Zero activation fees on number purchases
  • Free inbound calling (except toll-free)
  • Licensed Local Voice Service (PSTN replacement)
  • Dedicated enterprise success team and 24/7 phone support
Enterprise is intended for carriers, large contact centers, and multinational deployments.

Does didlogic charge per minute or per second?

Per-second billing is available from the Plus level and higher. Lower tiers may use standard billing models depending on service configuration. Per-second billing helps reduce costs for short-duration and high-frequency call traffic.

Are fraud protection and call security included?

Yes. Advanced, always-on anti-fraud monitoring is included at no additional cost from the Plus level onward. TLS and SRTP encryption options are also available to secure signaling and media traffic.

Can I use didlogic for dialers, telemarketing, or high-CPS traffic?

Yes. didlogic supports dialers and short-duration traffic, with capacity limits increasing by account level. High CPS, CLI rotation, and traffic shaping are best handled under Premium and Enterprise plans.

Is there a minimum contract or long-term commitment?

  • Promo, Core, and Plus accounts do not require long-term contracts
  • Premium removes minimum service terms on purchased numbers
  • Enterprise pricing is customized and may include commercial agreements based on scale

Can I use didlogic as a full PSTN replacement?

Yes. The Enterprise account level includes Local Licensed Voice Service, allowing didlogic to function as a complete PSTN replacement in supported jurisdictions.
